IntraVenous Nutrient Therapy

IntraVenous Nutrients

Vitamins and minerals are essential for good health.  For a variety of reasons, we may not have optimal levels of vitamins and minerals in our bodies.

Vitamin depletion may occur with chronic stress, pain and illness.  These all affect how we absorb nutrients and it may be difficult to replenish our vitamin reserves, even with good nutrition and dietary supplements.

Reduced tissue levels of vitamins makes the body weak and, certainly more susceptible to disease and illness.

Although intravenous nutrient therapy has been done, by physicians, for decades, very little has ever been researched and published in the medical literature, however...

Eary results from research at ALT-MED Medical and Physical Therapy and Alexian Villiage (WI) suggests that many chronic medical conditions from fatigue to Alzheimer's disease, from hot flashes to fibromyalgia, all may improve with intravenous vitamin therapy.

"Our goal is not only to treat disease but to work with out patients to establish a superior state of health."

Patrick B. Massey MD PhD

Intra Venous Nutrient Therapy is a combination of B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and calcium given directly into the body, maximizing tissue saturation and benefit.
  • Fibromyalgia:  Intravenous nutrient therapy seems to reduce pain levels and increase energy.  Medications are limited by side effects and effectiveness.  Some patients have reported increased desire for activities of daily living as well as reduction of "fibro-fog".
  • Hot Flashes:  Either from menopause or long term chemotherapy, hot flashes can be debilitating.  Traditional medications like hormone therapy, antidepressants, anti-seizure medications are limited by side effects.  Although it may not be effective in all women with hot flashes, even patients with severe hot flashes report 90% (+) reduction in frequency and intensity.
  • Mental Function:  The brain uses large amounts of B vitamins.  Early clinical results suggest that intravenous nutrient therapy can improve memory, sleep and mental function in those with mild-moderate dementia.
  • Fatigue:  Many in their 40's - 50's report a sense of profound, overwhelming fatigue.  Intravenous nutrient therapy often increased energy levels and enthusiasm for daily activity as well as reduce fatigue.
